What Kind Of Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

Modacy team strives to send out orders within 1 business day of purchase allow 3-4 business days on public holidays. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days.  Some orders (depending on order contents or your region) may be eligible for express shipping.  Express shipping takes 2-4 business days. If your order is eligible for express shipping, you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all AUS orders over $250 Orders under $150 will be charged $10 for standard shipping or $15 for express shipping. Please note that express shipping is not available for all orders or regions. If your order is eligible for express shipping, you’ll see the option as a “Shipping Method” at checkout.
International shipping varies by region, but you will be provided a shipping fee at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.

If your order contains multiple items, we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.
